Our priority is to reinvent the perception of Eastern Ukraine in the country and internationally. Instead of being viewed as a problem, the conflict-affected region can turn into a land of robust creative industry and a testbed for reconsideration of the post-Soviet area.

Our priority is to develop a policy for reintegration of Donetsk and Luhansk regions to make the country safe and united. This will be a pilot project of a political agenda for the whole of Ukraine.

Our priority is to create a policy for development of social, cultural and economic development in Eastern Ukraine. Currently, no other Ukrainian think tank has capacity to work on economic, social and cultural development of the region.

We strive to achieve this through our research projects in Eastern Ukraine, including:

Elaboration of a New-Deal Policy Development Plan for Ukraine, based on the principles outlined in Ukraine 2030 Sustainable Development Doctrine. It consists of political agendas , which focus on reforms and development of priority areas.

“Atlas of the Modern East of Ukraine”, a research program on Eastern Ukraine’s economy and prospects for reintegration. It utilizes technology, policies and standards similar to and compliant with the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI).

Introduction of professional certified courses in the Priazovsky State Technical University (PSTU) that focus on studies in local economic development, budgeting, management, computer literacy — everything that is necessary for development of the local communities.
